Get Ready for Mooncake Season 2022!

 Hi all! 

We'll be opening up our orders soon! In the meantime, enjoy some behind the scenes of our mooncake making!

We salt our own egg yolks from scratch, all natural, no harsh preservatives, delicious results

Behind the scenes of filling prep

Our best selling flavor and a Vietnamese classic, thap cam. This unique sweet and savory filling is the most time consuming to make, with over 20 different ingredients, all hand cut and mixed together with love

Before the Bake

Each year we import new molds from Vietnam. One of our favorite parts of the process is trying out all the new molds and the anticipation of seeing it come out of the press. Here is what the mooncakes look like before baking. 


Buying this rack was a big step for us! We had so many orders that we needed a place to organize the racks before baking. We felt so professional when we upgraded to this rack, one of our most useful tools!

Cooling Time

After baking, we let them cool completely before packaging. Racks and racks of mooncakes makes our space smell amazing. It's also a nice photo opportunity before they get bagged and shipped away! 




Ship Ship Hooray!

Each year we get more and more amazed at how tall our shipping pile gets! The USPS people know us by name now. Thank you to all who purchased in 2021 and we hope to see you all back!
